Although the Boxee Box has already been partially detailed, the company officially took the wraps off today at CES. As expected, D-Link is signed on to manufacturer the media-streamer, and it should land with a price under $200.

"Reinterpreting what TV should be," the Boxee Box streams movies, shows, music, and photos to your HDTV. The device supports a wide variety of formats, such as H.264, MKV, DivX, VC-1, and Flash 10.1. Likewise, if you've used the Boxee desktop software, you know how extensive the service support is, including Twitter, Facebook, Pandora, Last.fm, Picasa, Flickr, and more.

Full specifications have yet to be disclosed, but it seems likely that an Nvidia chip is inside. Previous images revealed HDMI, SPDIF, RCA, Ethernet, USB, SD card support, and it's said to have an 802.11n module. The Boxee Box should hit shelves sometime in the first half of this year.
